Hi Career Besties,
Happy first Monday of March! It’s a bittersweet time for me because we just said goodbye to my mom after 3 weeks together, and today my toddler begins her first day in daycare- only a couple hours and with parental presence (this is how the Swedish introduction to daycare works, slow and steady).
I’ve gathered a lot of remote roles this week with full salary transparency, and this is something I want to continue going forward. As jobseekers, we already know how rare it is to find a job posting that shows the salary range, so there will be some here without.
