Director of Sales

Founded in 2008, Achieve Test Prep empowers working adults to earn their degrees faster through credit-by-examination. As the most prominent educational consultant in this field, we’re looking for an experienced Director of Sales to lead, inspire, and drive growth.
About the Role: As Director of Sales, you will:

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team

Create and implement strategic sales plans that align with company goals

Identify new market opportunities, monitor competitor activity, and expand client base

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and support teams to ensure cohesive efforts

Regularly track and report on KPIs, forecasting performance and adjusting strategies as needed
What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)

5-8 years of proven sales leadership experience

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills

Demonstrated success managing teams and consistently exceeding targets

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment and drive results in the US market
