In this role, you’ll be leading Vanta’s Growth Platform team, focusing on driving customer activation, engagement, and retention by building features and tools that make it easy for users to adopt our product, realize value quickly, and build habits using it to achieve their compliance and security goals. You’ll also partner with other product teams to develop systems that drive deeper product adoption and engagement both within the core product and emerging business lines. Finally, you will maintain and evolve the quantitative definition of customer success and leverage product analysis to inform future decisions.
What you’ll do as an Engineering Manager at Vanta:

Oversee the development and maintenance of scalable growth systems leveraging modern frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, React), getting hands on when necessary.

Lead your team in identifying and addressing opportunities to improve customer activation and engagement, to support Vanta’s core product and unlock new opportunities for the business.
