What you’ll do (responsibilities)
We are looking for Head of Engineering to lead our engineering function (including frontend, backend, and ETL pipeline development). As our first engineering hire, you’ll play a critical role in helping architect our product and technology stack, overseeing key tech initiatives, and mentoring future hires. Initially highly collaborative working environment, with the expectation that we will ultimately move towards more autonomous sprint-based planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end development of our platform, covering:

Frontend (Vue 3, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS)

Backend (Django, Python)

ETL services (Python, Snowflake)

Supporting our AWS infrastructure. (EC2, Cloudfront, Lambdas, RDS)

Building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

Ensuring adherence to standard best-practices for data security and encryption
